Cap, Gown & Hood Information
Caps, gowns, and master's hoods should be purchased at the Georgia Tech Bookstore (http://gatech.bncollege.com) at Technology Square, located at 48 5th Street. You can also purchase invitations there.
Doctoral hoods are presented to doctoral students as gifts from Georgia Tech when they are hooded by their advisors at Commencement. If a doctoral student is unable to attend commencement, she or he can order a hood through the Georgia Tech Barnes & Nobles Bookstore (newly graduating students) or (for former students only) directly from Oak Hall Industries (http://www.oakhalli.com). Hoods cost around $100.
